2. Shipping Method

The free shipping we offer is standard express, we will choose different express delivery methods based on different delivery addresses. The delivery time is approximately 48 hours.

3. Warranty & Return

* DXRACER UAE promises to repair or replace any DXRACER UAE product or component that DXRACER UAE finds to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.

* DXRACER does not offer exchanges for our products. You can simply return your chair and repurchase it.

* If you would like to make a return, please send your items back within 14 days from the date your original order was shipped. (The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. The wear and tear charges shall not exceed 20% of the unit price of the product in principle.) If you shipped your chair after 14 days, DXRACER will not receive the delivery. You will be responsible for any costs and damages.

* If inventory for the needed part is unavailable, your replacement will ship once the inventory is replenished.

* Warranty hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:30 am to 3:30 pm GST, and closed on Saturday, Sunday and legal.
